We understand the growing concern surrounding the Coronavirus (COVID 19) across the community we serve. The health and safety of our patients and staff is our top priority. Based on current guidelines from the CDC, Office of the Texas Governor, Texas Medical Board, and our own standards and practices, we remain open and ready to provide exceptional patient care experiences.
We are currently offering tele-sessions & in-office sessions. . Video sessions will be provided through doxy.me or a similar platform: you will be sent a link by email to connect to the online waiting room prior to your scheduled appointment. If you do not have a desktop, tablet, or smartphone to perform video sessions, we will continue with a telephone session. Please be advised that Blue Cross Blue Shield has extended coverage for telemedicine services through December 31, and Medicare indefinitely.
Our offices will be cleaned and sanitized daily. Our staff is prescreened for your safety. We ask that if you have any symptoms of COVID-19: fever, fatigue, cough, & shortness of breath to please contact us to reschedule. Please send any required paperwork by email or fax prior to your scheduled visit. You are not required to wear a mask in our office, however please let us know if you prefer that we do so during your sessions. Our lobby will have socially distant seating arrangements, tissues, & alcohol based hand sanitizer available. Please don't hesitate to let us know if you have other questions or concerns about our practices to keep you and our staff protected.
